Our adventure really started yesterday just trying to catch a
flight here. Our flight in Milwaukee was cancelled due to mechanical problems (interesting story). So they got us off the plane and all 11 of us were able to catch another flight out. In Atlanta the team was all on the plane except the 2 professors who had the run from terminal T to E in 20 minutes. They threatened to close the cabin doors but the team held them off until we got there. We met Jenna from Minnesota on the plane and waited in Managua airport for Morgan and David (from Texas).
It rained all night on the tin roofs, which was relaxing. We woke up to light rain and birds chirping. Day 2 details next....
